1. Support to Pakistan
2. Border discussions along the line of actual control (LAC)- especially Aksai Chin/ Ladakh, Demchok, Pulam Sumda, Doklam and Arunachal Pradesh
3. Construction of mega size dams in Medog county on the border with India. 



If there’s one nation that’s holding back India’s entry as a permanent member of the UNSC, it’s China- China wants India to withdraw its support for Japan into the UNSC (G4).

It's not the attendance itself that stands out, it's what will be discussed now. The amount of concessions India may end up giving to Russia and possibly China now, are going to be directly proportional to the amount of pressure Trumps puts on it, Trump most recently hiked the tariffs on India from 25% to 50%. You can bet that's going to affect how much comes out of this meeting now.
